Where should a new learner begin?

Choose by what you want to try and how much time you want to give it.

Should I choose a self-paced course or a live workshop?

Self-paced courses are available instantly after payment, let you learn at your own pace, and stay open for 2 years. Live workshops add scheduled Zoom sessions and real-time Q&A. Live-session recordings are available within 24 hours. Replays stay open for 3 months on most workshops and 6 months on the 14-Day programme.

What materials will I need?

Each course page lists its own materials before checkout. Here is a real example supply list. You can find sketchbooks and art supplies in the Alekhyam Shop, with more products launching soon.

How do feedback and certificates work?

WhatsApp guidance is available for questions and sharing work. Personal feedback is written by your instructor where the course page says it is included, with the exact scope shown before you book. A certificate is issued on request once you complete the course, and only in your name.

What is the refund policy?

Self-paced courses: request a full refund within 48 hours of purchase and before watching 25% of the course. Live workshops: attend Session 1, then decide. Request a full refund within 48 hours of Session 1, or before Session 2 begins, whichever is later. Full details are in the refund policy.

Do you offer 1:1 online or offline classes?

No. We are currently focused on a better experience for live-workshop and self-paced-course learners. You can begin without payment through our free courses, join a live workshop, or explore the self-paced course library.
